Jacob Paronyan

General Manager/Partner

Jacob’s career in hospitality began at fifteen as a bread boy in an Italian restaurant in Salt Lake City, Utah where an early love for guest connection and the rhythm of the dining room took root. What started as a part-time job quickly became a lifelong calling, leading him through both independent restaurants and luxury hotel operations. His leadership journey includes senior roles as General Manager of Fifth Floor, Director of Bars and Restaurants at the W Hotel, Opening General Manager at Atelier Crenn, and Director of Operations for Left Bank Group. Jacob is also the owner of Roaming Goat Wine Bar and the new Parasol Bistro Bar at Cafe Flore. 

Jacob’s approach to hospitality is built on the belief that great experiences begin behind the scenes. By removing obstacles and creating supportive environments, he allows talented team members, memorable atmospheres, and exceptional cuisine to take center stage. He is passionate about equipping people with the tools, training, and confidence they need to succeed, fostering a culture where creativity, service, and genuine hospitality can flourish. For Jacob, the most meaningful guest experiences happen when a team feels empowered, connected, and inspired by a shared purpose.
